My Intuitive-Creative Facilitations (MyICF) are for individuals willing to go beyond learned knowledge and usual problem solving approaches and on to making resourceful decisions about complex, unsettled, significant issues in their lives. They are for those motivated to realize their strengths and to actualize their potentialities. MyICFs are flexible, individualized approaches that are adjusted as intuitive-creative ideas emerge and as clients’ inner and outer worlds change. They are informed by person-centered and experiential human science research that I designed and conducted, by over 30 years of professional experience, and by transdisciplinary knowledge and skills. My research and experience show that MyICFs are valuable because individuals realize intuitive understandings and creative interpretations and applications of intuitions that enhance their decision making about the subjects of their facilitations.
Intuitive-creativity refers to the interactive higher capacious processes of intuitive understanding and creative interpreting of intuitions. Intuitive-creativity makes possible new ideas and understandings. Its significance to innovations across professional and research domains is widely recognized. Intuitive-creative decision making underlies personal creativity and individual processes of actualizing potentiality, as well as professional inventiveness.
I am passionate about individuals realizing that innate higher capacious processes are available and usable every day of our lives. Most of us, however, need to learn to use them intentionally and effectively. The mission of MyICF includes contributing to the clarification of the roles of intuition, creativity, and intellect in our decision making processes and to the illumination of our higher capacious processes as the essence of human becoming and aware consciousness. Via aware consciousness, we build our strenghts and transcend misconceptions that have distorted our abilities to think, to reason, to create, and to transform our lives. We can consciously develop intuitive-creative intelligence.
